Inspired by true events, a story of a legendary blind jazz musician.
Mieczysław Kosz, a pianist and a composer, was one of most important figures of Polish school of jazz. He recorded only one album (1971 “Reminiscence”) before his tragic death at the age of 29. His musical style was influenced by romantics, such as Liszt and Chopin.
Film directed by Maciej Pieprzyca. Music by Leszek Możdżer (2019) 122 min, Polish with English subtitles.
